LifeWays Available Services During COVID-19 - Tier 2 June 12, 2020 LifeWays is moving to a tier 2 level of services. LifeWays will continue to offer essential services, utilize telehealth, and reintroducing some onsite services. As always, please continue to use our 24/7 Access Crisis Line at 1 (800) 284-8288 for access to services, telehealth, crisis concerns, and all other questions. Access to Services (Screenings and Assessments): To be via telehealth. Call the crisis line to get connected to services. Crisis Services: Crisis clinicians will be on-site Monday – Friday from 8 am to 7 pm should someone be unable to reach out via the crisis line. 24/7 Crisis Line 1 (800) 284-8288: Continues as normal. Crisis R & R: Closed until further notice. Authorization for Inpatient Psychiatric Admission: Will be conducted at the Emergency Department Mobile Crisis Teams: Contact the crisis line and you will be connected to a crisis team member for appropriate intervention. Psychiatric Evaluations and Medication Reviews: You will be contacted in advance to determine if your service can be conducted via telehealth or in-person. Injection Clinic: Injections are conducted via appointment only. Please enter the front of the building. Outpatient Therapy: Appointments will continue as scheduled but services will be conducted via telehealth. Wellness Activities: Cancelled until further notice. Wellness Coach will contact consumers via telephone to check in. Case Management: Appointments will continue as scheduled but services will be conducted via telehealth. Integrated Health Coordination: Care management will be conducted via telehealth. Primary Care Services in partnership with Center for Family Health: Will continue Tuesdays by appointment only.
