This is a wonderful opportunity for you and a friend or family member to learn something new - for free! Class topics may include yoga, art, Zumba, environmental education, financial stability, cooking and eating healthy, reducing stress, and more. Being healthy is about more than your physical health, but about keeping all aspects of your life well.
